Upon receiving your Chicago airplane tour reservation, a representative will contact you via telephone to verify the information submitted, and answer any questions you may have about your Chicago air tour.

Once all information has been verified, the representative will search for pilot and aircraft availability for your desired flight date and time. Then the representative will ask for you credit card information and process a $1.00 non-refundable pre-authorization fee to verify your credit card is valid. Once your credit card information is validated, your Chicago airplane tour will be entered into the flight schedule. The remaining balance will not be billed until 24hrs. before your scheduled flight time.

24 Hrs. prior to your scheduled flight time, a representative will contact you with a courtesy call to remind you of your Chicago airplane tour reservation. At this point you have the option to confirm your Chicago airplane tour, or cancel it. Once final confirmation has been received, the representative will bill your credit card the remaining balance.

We cannot and do not not assume responsibility for any delay or cancellation due to conditions beyond our control including adverse weather, regulatory restrictions, aircraft mechanical problems, or any other condition that, in our opinion would compromise the safety of a flight. We reserve the right to deny boarding to any passenger the acting PIC ( pilot in command ) deems to be under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or for any other reason the PIC believes to be justified. Aircraft weight and balance limitations may limit the number and size of passengers. We cannot guarantee specific seating arrangements.
